Chef Lal, a native of New Delhi, India, has held the position of executive chef in prestigious restaurants in India and California prior to being requested by the management of Café Tandoor. Chef Lal, now Ohio’s premier Indian chef, has been serving culinary masterpieces at Café Tandoor for over 30 years and has been recognized by Northern Ohio live for best Indian Chef 12 times.
